Client onboarding

A client onboarding process is a must for any small business. After an initial 1-hour meeting to discuss your business and your clients we will:
  • Draft the onboarding process
  • Create a client welcome pack
  • Send the welcome pack to the client along with any related documents e.g. terms and conditions
  • Follow up to ensure terms and conditions are signed
  • Schedule an initial review between you and your client
  • Respond to any client queries during the onboarding period

Client journey support

We start with a 90-minute introduction to talk through the typical client journey in your business. Client journey support includes creating:
  • A process flow for the client journey
  • Standard email templates
  • How-tos/training handouts
  • Action plans
  • Meeting summaries
  • Feedback survey (to collect client testimonials)
  • Slide master for PowerPoint presentations
  • Project timeline
Ongoing support is available either as part of the Simplify & Support package or on an ad hoc basis.

For business owners who don't need the ongoing support but want more structure in their business and don't have the time to compile their own processes.

This package starts with a 2-hour kick off meeting to discuss ways of working and draft the initial processes. Two further follow-up meetings will be scheduled to refine and finesse.
